●Mother of Mr. R.
Thank you very much for the three days! I was very interested in how well the presentation drafts were done (with some help from the professors, I'm sure). You taught us a lot about architectural models and I could see that everyone was working very hard on them! I would definitely like to participate again next time.
From the mother of Mr. C
Thank you again for today. When I picked her up, she said, "I was so nervous about the presentation!" but came out of the classroom with a look of accomplishment on his face. The house is still a work in progress, and they have a lot more to add!
●From Mrs. Y's mother
Thank you very much for the three days. They seemed to enjoy learning English through the activities and talked a lot at home using English words they learned about the Dream House.
They also enjoyed learning together with their older brothers and sisters, with whom they do not usually take classes together. I believe the children grew a lot during these three days. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.
There are only a few seats left for Theme 2.

Musashi-Kosugi: STEAM Innovator Camp (7/24~26 Highlights)
The theme is "STEAMThe program is a "Science" program. The "STEAM Innovator Camp" is an all-English environment where students can enjoy one activity each day during the summer school period, each of which is named after an acronym: "Science," "Technology," "Engineering," "Art," or "Mathematics. STEAM Innovator Camp" for students to enjoy activities to the fullest
This is a digest, which means that we will provide you with Day 1 through Day 4.
DAY 1: STEAM DAY
Everyone worked together to create a Pythagora device and projector!
In Pythagora, we created and even filmed videos in a collaborative manner, freely using items available in the classroom.
From a parent/guardian
He had a great time with the Pythagora device, which he adored.
DAY2: Math DAY
Dr. Umeki Takuyato conduct a variety of activities centering on learning experiences using the "thinking classrooms" method. Here are some of the activities.
The fold-and-cut theorem
Hands-on experience with the Ittokiri Theorem. The students worked out by trial and error how to fold the paper so that they could make the specified shape with only one scissors insertion. *Students worked enthusiastically even after the time was up!
Conway's Rational Tangles
This was a four-person work, using two ropes, in pairs of 2 x 2, to test how the knots changed as the students moved from one standing position to another with the shouts.
DAY3: Challenge DAY
I went to Forest Adventure Yokohama.
Through the athletic experience, the students learned the fear and fun of taking on challenges and the importance of communicating with their peers. Despite the hot weather, no students got sick and everyone had a great time.
DAY4: Environment DAY
Mr. Taichi Kimura of MAGO MOTORS JAPAN, who works with Mr. Mago to build a local recycling plant from the proceeds of transforming electronic device waste dumped from around the world into works of art, spoke to us about his activities.
The hour flew by as we heard not only real local stories from the actual visit to the area a few weeks ago, but also some of the Netflix films (before their worldwide release) based on MAGO's activities, and were shown some of the actual works being sold live.
There are only a few seats left for Term 2.

Hawaii Study Tour (7/25 local time: Highlights)
Last but not least, Hawaii Study Tour. We held a parent-child study tour information session at the Kahala Hotel on the island of Oahu.
I was able to ask questions in a casual manner over lunch. The real estate information was also provided by a local person, and also by a mother who is very close to the daily life in Japan. I also learned about recommended public schools, which was quite economical and gave me a much clearer picture of what to expect.
Next spring, a local information session will be held at the same time as the study tourWe will do our best. Please look forward to it.
How was it?
All of the events were unique in their own way, and I think I learned quite a bit from them.
We also want the students who attend to enjoy the second half of the event,For students who were unfortunately unable to attend, a "Winter School" will be held this winter. So I hope you will enjoy it.
Thank you for your continued support.
