There are many benefits to "being thankful."
Of these, the most significant benefit of gratitude is motivation.

It is easy to find things we are not satisfied with, things we are not doing, things we are not good at, and think that we would grow more if we "ruined" ourselves .......
Or, "those who are hard on themselves and train themselves" are more successful.

I think there is a link between "someone who is hard on himself/herself and trains hard" and "a lot of bad decisions," but is that true?

A study by Dr. Brains and colleagues at the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A., reveals the following

It is more than a "no-no",Thanks for Being." (always feeling gratitude) are more motivated to grow and less likely to lose heart.

When people are filled with gratitude, they are more inclined to do something useful for others, to do more, to try something new, and to achieve more.

'Motivated, do it, succeed, next motivation.'This makes it easier for the cycle of success to turn around.
