This is a public-private cooperative program led by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to support overseas study. Approximately 1,500 university and high school students fly abroad each year through this program.

He left the Department of Mathematics at Tokyo University of Science midway through his studies. In April 2016, he joined the Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers in Kumejima Town, Okinawa Prefecture, where he worked at a junior high school as part of a project to make the high school more attractive, focusing on improving the learning environment and developing students' motivation. After returning to Tokyo, he has been involved in the development of "reading comprehension" programs and teacher training at a tutoring cram school. Currently, he is a fundraiser for Tobitate! Japan, and also works for an edtech company, mainly supporting the use of the program in high schools.
