Students who "grow" and students who "don't grow" in English

Hello everyone! My name is Kana from GLI.

I'm in the field on a regular basis.I think she's going to improve her English! This girl's English is going to grow from now on!"There are times when I think, "I'm not sure I can do this.

conversely"This kid is going to be a little sluggish, so how do we stretch him?"Sometimes I think about it.

How do we develop them? It is our job to think about how to develop them, and since there are many different personalities, we take an approach that suits each type.

Students who "grow" and students who "don't grow" in English

Well. It's in today's title."Students who improve in English" and "Students who do not improve in English."I think there are a lot of factors to be honest about the story of the

Background, amount of study, chemistry with the teacher, and so on. But the one thing that all the field staff, including myself, say is...Confidence."This means ^ ^

To have that confidence is,Definitely "one trigger" for growth.I think it is!

When they feel "confident," they will speak English with aplomb. This makes them output what they have learned. So they can speak more and more, and their English improves! It is such a virtuous cycle.

I see a trend of children who are growing rapidly,"Build up an inner confidence in yourself."I can see a change in the way they are able to speak the sentences they have learned and make sentences on their own.

Although,"Are you feeling confident enough?"is hard to judge because it is invisible to the eye, isn't it?

Therefore, GLI offers "English Presentations" and other

"Opportunities for public appearances."

I make it a point to be aware of the following on a daily basis ^ ^. Students who have had the experience of presenting in front of an audience often look very confident afterwards.

I'm sure you're thinking to yourself, "I can do it if I try! Me! (Me!)" ✨This kind of experience is important, isn't it?

In fact, this month, "Sunday the 29th."be done onShow and tell" is another event that will help you gain confidence. It is.

What is "show and tell?"

I feel that some of you may be wondering, so I will explain,This is a standard activity in Europe and the United States where children freely present one thing in front of the whole class.

It is not natural for elementary school students to stand in front of others, much less express something in their own words, and it takes a lot of courage to do so,I'm going to make it through this on my own."The experience is one of the most important opportunities to gain confidence.

For this event,Twelve GLI students will show their special skills or give a speech in English about what they value.

You can enjoy it purely for fun, but we recommend

I hope you and your children will be inspired by what you see.

I would love to see GLI students participate in public speaking events as speakers in the future, though,By seeing their classmates and other kids in their class doing their best,Your child says, "I have to work hard too!"It is a good opportunity for them to feel that they are in the right place.

Some students have been motivated to learn English after seeing their classmates do their best in the past 😊.

Also, on the day of the event, I did the best in the class.Best in Class Award Ceremony."also conducted and why were they awarded? We will provide a video of the lesson for each class on the following topics

You will see that video,How can I improve my English more besides confidence? and other educational resources for your family.I think.

And "those who have not yet attended GLI."It is not only an opportunity to give your child a good stimulus, but also to get a sense of the level of children in the same class and what kind of students are there. It is also an opportunity to get a concrete image of what kind of students are in the same class.

I found it different from what I imagined when I entered the building.Mismatches can also be prevented.

Also on the day, GLI representative Kaburaki willEducational Lectures."will also be implemented.

This time with "new content" again,How can we coordinate our children's education so that they can play an active role in society without anxiety in the future? We will talk about how to coordinate your child's education so that he/she can play an active role in society without anxiety in the future.

Conducted online and compacted to "2 hours" overall. You can participate in the program in the comfort of your own home, and it will not take you long!

We would be happy if you could join us (o^-^o).
