GLI Nagoya Hoshigaoka is located on the 4th floor of a building just a 3-minute walk from Hoshigaoka Station on the Nagoya City Subway Higashiyama Line, west of Mitsukoshi Hoshigaoka.
We would like to know more through "hands-on events" using a wide variety of English from infants to junior high and high school students,
The program is characterized by the ability to acquire not only the "desire to learn" to deepen one's knowledge, but also the "global skills" and "four authentic English skills" to be active on the world stage.

Small-group lessons with 6 students per class, taught by native instructors, cultivate "reading, writing, listening, and speaking" skills as well as GLOBAL MIND. In addition to twice-weekly lessons in the classroom, students can also study at home using Zoom to enhance their learning effectiveness and achieve their grade level goals.

  • Commuter group lesson / 75 minutes x 2 times a week (max. 6 students per class)
  • Lessons utilizing the Internet (mainly Zoom) / 25 minutes per lesson x 2 times a week

*Online lessons are review lessons to ensure the success of the commuter lessons.
*AA classes are 60 minutes per commute x 1 time per week and Zoom lessons are 25 minutes per lesson x 1 time per week.
*If the lessons are individual, each lesson will be 60 minutes long.

CC: 3rd grade elementary school students] 34,000 yen/month (37,400 yen including tax)
iSTEAM DD: 4th grade] 34,000 yen/month (37,400 yen including tax)
iSTEAM EE: 5th~6th grade] 35,000 yen/month (38,500 yen including tax)
iSTEAM FF: 5th~6th grade] 35,000 yen/month (38,500 yen including tax)

*The grades listed in the classes are reference grades. We will determine the grade based on your child's English learning status and learning ability.
Other
  • A separate admission fee (33,000 yen including tax) is required.
  • A separate class maintenance fee (1 week: 2,200 yen/month including tax, 2 weeks or more: 3,300 yen/month including tax) will be charged.
  • A separate materials fee (1,100 yen/month including tax) will be charged.
  • Sibling enrollment benefit: "10% OFF" for all courses.

KINDERKinder Course

Kinder Course

You can talk to native speakers.
Basic skills will be acquired.

In small groups of 6 students per class, we use picture books, flash cards, textbooks, and other materials to develop the basic "listening and speaking" skills needed to become familiar with English and to talk with native speakers. In addition, we will also work on phonics in earnest using worksheets.
