Q: Where are you from?

Q: What have you learned so far?

I have always been interested in learning about other cultures,History and Archaeologydegree.

Teaching was a wonderful opportunity for me and I still enjoy teaching almost 10 years later.

In these disciplines,I also learned to think logically and objectively about complex socio-political issues.

I learned not only such critical thinking skills, but also creative and persuasive writing techniques.

I would like to use these skills to help students think logically and objectively and help them write well and persuasively in writing tests.

In class,We learned about best practices for teaching and how to make classes fun, engaging, and effective.

I am currently in charge of the IBL curriculum, organizing several events and conducting study tours at GLI. Over the past few years I have participated in many events with GLI students.

Q: Did you teach a lot of English as well?

I have lived in Japan for two years and taught English for five years.

Before coming to Japan,I taught in Thailand for a short time, in Vietnam for 2.5 years, and online to Chinese students.

I love teaching and having the opportunity to share my experiences and learn from people with different backgrounds. I believe that learning English should be fun, and in my classroom I try to teach exciting activities that can be applied in the real world.

This is because by doing so, students will learn practical English, prepare for exams, and fall in love with their second language in the process.

Q: What are your goals at GLI?

For GLI students,I want you to have confidence in yourself as a person and as a member of your community, and to be brave enough to explore the world on your own.I hope that this is the case.

So as for me, I promise to do my best to help GLI students achieve their goals and express themselves in English. I look forward to meeting you!

Learning English should be a fun and enjoyable experience!
