Language Exchange!

GLI has many teachers from all over the world.

How many countries have teachers taught us English?

Nepal, Philippines, USA, Cambodia, Mexico, Brazil, Korea, Nigeria, Italy, India, Denmark...

I may not be able to count for a bit😅.

In this event, we will learn not only about "English" but also about the native languages of these teachers.

Some people may be tempted to learn a new language or visit a country when they experience "00" language for the first time at all.

Some may be surprised to find similarities between English and the "00 language," and some may be surprised to find that it differs greatly from Japanese.

And for all of you who are always studying English in your lessons, this event is a great opportunity to learn English.

You will also be challenged to play the role of a teacher who teaches Japanese.

And what's more, the teachers whose first language is not English are actually senior students who have worked hard to learn English, just like you!
