In this blog, I would like to share with you some of the events that took place!

Day 1: Field Trip

Students first,With the "List of Endangered Animals" in hand, we moved to the Zoorasia Zoo.I did.

And at the zoo, we learned about the habitats and behaviors of a variety of animals, including kite kangaroos, sea lions, and monk seals.

At the Zoo

The students were especially fascinated by the kinobori kangaroos and seals, and learned a lot about their diet and habitat. They also observed the animals up close,Asking questions to the zoo staff helped me to further my knowledgeIt seems to be.

Overall, Day 1 was a great start to the Spring School program, with students gaining valuable knowledge about endangered animals and their habitats.The students left the zoo eager to continue learning how they can help protect animals.

Day 2: Learn about Hawaii

The second day was spent in the classroom, learning about Hawaii's geography and endangered animals that live in Hawaii.

The main reasons why animals are endangered were also presented, and through various workshops, participants were able to gain a better understanding of endangered animals, especially those living in Hawaii!

They also prepared presentations for the third day.

Day 3: Summary & Presentation

Last day of the program. Reflecting on what we have learned over the past two days,The team prepared a presentation and shared it with all participants in front of them.

They worked on research posters, answering questions about the names of endangered animals they had researched, their habitats, and the reasons for their extinction.

The presentation will includeImpressive, students made great progress in their English speaking skillsHe showed us.It was really wonderful!

Through this program, students gained important knowledge about endangered animals, their habitats, and why they are endangered. Also,They learned the importance of protecting the natural world and how they can help protect these animals in their own communities.

By working together as a team to present their research, students also gained valuable teamwork and presentation skills.

From the Parents

Parents were impressed that their children enjoyed the program and were able to share what they learned with their children.

Among those who attended the Spring School,Some of them are actually going on a study trip to Hawaii starting on the 31st. They were able to learn about Hawaii and said they would love to find the Hawaiian animals they learned about at the Spring School.
