A day to reflect on the future in silence

On the final day, you will visit Kamakura and Enoshima, concluding the journey while experiencing Japan’s history and spiritual culture.

Through Zen meditation, you turn inward in silence after days filled with energy and activity, reflecting on yourself and giving meaning to the past nine days.

This is not only a day to take home joyful memories, but also the beginning of a new step—changing yourself and connecting with the world.

Activities

Enoshima/Kamakura Walking Tour

This is a time to experience Japanese history, culture and scenery while touring Enoshima and Kamakura.

Spending peaceful time together with our friends, we reflect on the past 9 days and keep our thoughts and feelings in our hearts.

zazen (seated Zen meditation, usu. in a cross-legged position)

In zazen, you face yourself in quiet time and experience "being in the present moment.

By focusing on your breath and letting go of thoughts and feelings, you will align your inner self and let the learning of these 9 days deeply engraved in your mind.
