[GLI Online] Field Trip October 22!
Hello.
This is Aya from GLI Online.
The Field Trip, a very popular event at GLI, is held every two months.
So far, we have been to Ueno Park, the Imperial Palace Plaza, Sky Tree, and other spots popular with foreign tourists,
I have interviewed many foreigners using English.
And the October destination isMeiji Jingu ShrineThe decision was made to
What kind of event is a field trip?
A field trip is a trip to a tourist destination frequented by foreigners, where a group of people think about
The event is to conduct an in-depth interview with a foreigner about "things I would like to ask them.
What are you looking forward to doing in Japan?
What do you like about Japan?
Where to go outside of Tokyo?
I was surprised to learn about the other person's country, not to mention general questions like "What is your country? I was surprised to learn about the other person's country!
I had a lot of experience.
It is very exciting to talk to strangers in English and ask them questions in English.
It takes courage.
However, after the interview, "Have a nice day! and the expressions on the children's faces as they greeted each other with a wave of the hand.
I am filled with a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
There is a new mission for the next FT!
And from this field trip, not only "doing interviews" but also
To "guide" people to know more about ourselves and Japan.
We will take on new missions!
In advance of the field trip, we researched the "Meiji Jingu Shrine," the location of the field trip, and asked tourists to visit the shrine.
Find out what you want to be known and introduced to.
To learn about and like the charms of Tokyo and Japan, where we live.
Wanting to communicate that is also a motivation to learn English.
We are looking forward to a new field trip that is likely to generate more communication than ever before.
Please give it a try!
