Harumi Fun Event] Event Report! (with video)
Hello, this is Brandon, a GLI instructor.
Recently on May 27,Fun Event" at GLI Harumi SchoolI did!
In this issue.Upcycling.theme,Use recycled materials and turn them into something new.(i.e., upcycling).
The students were excited to participate in the event, bringing a lot of plastic materials from home and looking forward to the day,Some students were steadily saving "plastic savings" (laughs).
The 12 students who participated were,They found new knowledge and new worlds by trying new things and exploring on the subject.I think so.
This time the question is,How can we use materials that are so familiar to us in new ways?" If plastic pollution is a problem, what solutions are there?"It was.
Despite the lack of a definitive solution to the question, the students who participated seem to have found one way to reuse plastic.
Event in progress,The students were creative, active, and time-managed while demonstrating social skills, sharing materials with friends, and collaboratively discussing their work.
Some students were a little nervous and hesitant about using the glue gun, but some learned that they could overcome even their smallest fears if they were careful, which I thought was also growth.
To the parents of the students who attended
Thank you again for participating in this fun event! Stay tuned for the next one!
